My name is Natalie Ventura
A world of peace begins at the individual level and ripples through humanity, and I am dedicated to guiding others through their journeys in reverence to a world of higher vibrations.
Through a combination of holistic healing inspired by the ancient healing techniques of Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, I offer nutritional guidance on using food as medicine, private and group Yoga classes, and holistic lifestyle guidance. I welcome you to take a first step to reconnect with your body.
It is time to walk upon this new path – one of connection, integration, and intention – to return to a state of balance, intuition and empowerment.

On Holistic Healing
You don’t separate the leaves or roots from a tree- they are all part of one system. So why is it that we separate the mind from the body? They are both parts of a whole system that makes up our human existence.
This understanding of body-mind connection is the foundation of holistic wellness. Caring for the body is a gateway to harmonizing your relationship to your mind.
The basic foundation of a tree consists of the trunk/ spine that connects the roots (the receiver of nutrients) to the crown of a tree.
Similar to the human body, the nervous system, living along the spine, receives signals from the Gut, via the vagus nerve, that triggers responses within the mind, and vice versa; signals from the mind trigger responses in the gut.
If the roots of a tree become infected, then wilted leaves and further diseases can develop. If the gut is inflamed, then mental conflict and further illness’ can develop. Everything is connected. But just like a tree, we have the ability to self heal.
Holistic healing honors the power the human body has to heal without the use of pills and surgeries but by addressing the root causes rather than symptoms.

Learn to dance in-tune with nature, with the seasons, and the energy of Mother Earth.
Eat consciously, work with both the physical and energetic properties of food. Our nourishment is our best preventative medicine.
Move with awareness, connecting your body and spirit, Yoga's flow unifies your breath, mind, and soul.
Devote yourself to your wellness, to nourish and care for your body as the vessel for your soul.
Here, the alchemy begins. With awareness, dedication, and self-compassion, your body awakens its natural capacity to heal, transforming itself from within.
As you reconnect with the Earth and with your body, you can live your life from a place of grounded presence and unconditional love; and extend the love in your heart to all.
